Exhibitor: CanSIA’s Solar Canada 2014

Sales Timelines:
Each year exhibition and sponsorship sales are phased to reward past exhibitors and sponsors by ensuring they receive the first right of refusal. Please note which of the following timelines will apply to you:


  • Tuesday, July 29:  First Right of Refusal on Exhibit Space and Sponsorship for Solar Canada 2013 Sponsors.
  • Tuesday, August 5: Booth sales open to last years’ Exhibitors on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Tuesday, August 12:  Exhibit Space Sales open to all current CanSIA Members on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Tuesday, August 19:  Exhibit Space Sales open for all sales on a “first come, first served” basis.
  • Friday, September 5:  Early-Bird Deadline for Discounted Exhibit Space.

This year’s Conference and Exposition is expected to attract up to 3000 solar industry professionals and serious solar energy consumers, including:

Promote your brand at the largest and most influential solar industry event in Canada.


As an Exhibitor at Solar Canada 2014, your company is listed on the Solar Canada 2014 website with a link to your own website, and your company is included within the mobile app and the printed Conference Program.


Cost per 10′ x 10′ Space

Corporate III and Supporter I $1,710 $1,980

 Each 10′ x 10′ space includes the following:

  • 8 ft high back curtain and 3 ft high side curtains (Black)
  • 2 Booth Attendant Passes (per 10’ x 10’ space) (see below what this includes)
  • 25 Exposition Passes for Tuesday, December 9th  (per 10’ x 10’ space) (see below what this includes)

    Note that all codes expire on December 5th.  Unused codes are not valid onsite.

Booth space does NOT include the following and must be purchased from the appropriate provider (seeExhibitor Service Forms)


  • Carpet is mandatory (MTCC floor is concrete)
  • Electrical outlets
  • Electronic Equipment (i.e. monitors, video and DVD players)
  • Furniture (i.e. racks, tables, chairs)
  • Internet
  • Storage facilities
  • Set-up and tear-down services

Booth Attendant Passes

The Booth Attendant pass allows you to attend the Expo, Welcome Reception, and Networking Breaks. This pass is non-transferable.  There are no meals included with this pass; however, there is a concession area with food for purchase in the Exposition Hall.


Exposition Passes – valid for Tuesday, December 9

December 9th Exposition Passes can only be picked up on December 9th and allows the holder access to the exposition hall. This pass is non-transferable and has no cash value.


Codes may not be redeemed onsite.

How to Purchase Your Booth Space:

  • Visit the Solar Canada Floor Plan and click on the booth space that you are interested in purchasing. Complete the online Booth Space Contract listing your top 3 choices of booth space.  Please indicate the number of 10′ x 10′ spaces you require (several 10’x10′ spaces can be combined to suite your needs).  If your company is not listed in the “drop-down” menu, email to set up an account.  Every effort will be made to accomodate one of your 3 choices, but it is not guaranteed.


    CanSIA will contact you to confirm your booth space reservation and complete the process.
