CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO DEVELOP AND LAUNCH PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL AND PRODUCTS ON ECERA

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

 

 

The Governments of Grenada and St. Lucia have received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Eastern Caribbean Energy Regulatory Authority Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to Develop and Launch Promotional Material and products on ECERA

 

The consultancy is estimated to require twelve (12) calendar months comprising but not limited to the following services:

(i)                 Develop a Public Education and Awareness Communication plan for ECERA

(ii)               Develop promotional material to create public awareness of the ECERA Project and the entity ECERA

(iii)             Establish a functioning ECERA website

(iv)             Develop visual identity for ECERA

The Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat, acting on behalf of the beneficiary countries, now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.

 

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection Method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
