The Caribbean Energy Information System (CEIS) which is headquartered at the Scientific Research Council won the consultancy in 2008. The project is scheduled to be completed by April 2009.

All with the aim of allowing for the exchange of renewable energy information in a timely, efficient and financially equitable manner.
